During this workshop class, we will have fun learning, growing, and expanding our flute-playing skills. We will enhance your flute-playing abilities by emphasizing different techniques.
Tap into your inner voice and connect with the rhythm and energy of the earth. The Hand Drum can be a tool for self-expression, Healing, and connecting with others. It allows us to dive deep into our own emotions, release any stagnant energy, and connect with our spiritual selves.
We create a container that holds a different time and space than our normal mundane routine. Shifting into a more intentional and sacred environment, bringing awareness to interconnectedness, Community, self-healing, and Meditation.
