We Create a container that holds a different time and space than our normal mundane routine. Shifting into a more intentional and sacred environment. Bringing awareness to interconnectedness, Community, higher states of awareness/ consciousness, meditation, mindfulness. Shamanism. utilizing Intuitive Breath, Xamanic Sound journey and Rhythmic movement.
Breathwork -
Integrating two systems of breathwork, the first is influenced by the rhythmic flow of nature. This focuses on the energy centers, weaving in the energies of the elements and the cosmic spaces.
The second type of breathwork is Full circular breathing aka intuitive breathwork is a continuous connected rhythmic pattern of inhale/exhale w/o any interruptions. Helps to bring the mind to center and physically helps to reset Nervous system and release any tension patterns in the body.
Xamanic Sound Bath -
Journeying through three spirit realms. The first realm is the ancestral realms, the second realm is Earth, the third is the heavenly realms. This will be a guided journey with Native American flute and other wind instruments, Tibetan Singing bowls, Didgeridoo and more..
What to Bring: Water, Journal/Pen, wear comfortable clothing, blanket/cushion
How to prepare: Refrain from eating a heavy meal 2hr prior. A light meal/snack is ok.
Opening space:
with Prayer/Invocation/intentions.
Moving Chi Body
First breathwork: Awakening Elementals: We tap into the Rhythm/pulse of Nature and the Cosmos involving Standing/ and Rhythmic Sound/Breath/Body Movement.
Meditation:
We than feel and integrate Nature and the Cosmos.
Partner Exercises:
Partnered Heart-heart connection that help to open our hearts bring interconnectedness to get us ready for the next breathing exercise.
